We are looking for Labor Workers ! We are hiring Production - General Laborers (All Shifts Available) to join our team!

We are in need of workers for General Labor to assist the Company in production and manufacturing.

• Full-time positions
• Must be able to work OT on weekends
• We will train
• Must be able to do constant heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• All shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift)
• Pay depends on position and shift.
• • Shift differential for 3rd shift is an additional $3.00 per hour.

General Labor positions include, but not limited to:

• Material Handler
• Package Handler
• Packaging Laborer
• Inspector
• Shipping/Receiving
• Maintenance
• Blending Technician
• Gelatin Technician
• Counter/Inspector
• Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

• Maintains a clean and functioning work area at all times.
• Performs line clearance when ending one lot and starting a new lot.
• Operates pallet jacks as needed for packing and moving products.
• Adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Conducts physical inventory of labels and components before each lot and at the end of each lot.
• Weighs finished products for verification
• Follows/adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Safety Practices, and all company policies/procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields a plus!
• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.

• Competitive Wages, starting at $17.50-$21.00/hour, depending on experience and shift pay differential.
