Job Title

Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for conducting classroom training, one-on-one training, virtual training, at the elbow training support and implementation support with a primary focus on Epic and other Health Systems. Will partner with training team members, subject matter experts, and customers to develop audience-specific training including traditional and computer-based curriculum materials. Will help organize and report on training registration and completion. Occasional weekend training and daytime or overnight travel may be required.

Essential Functions:

1. Responsible for conducting classroom training, one-on-one training, virtual training, at the elbow training support and implementation support with a primary focus on Epic and other health systems.
2. Will create and maintain relevant project management documents, including work plans, status reports and risk assessments.
3. Will participate in project teams to understand and implement the scope of work; participate in training program delivery strategy, testing the training environment, editing, assembling and distributing course materials and assisting users with operational change management.
4. Responsible for setting up with classroom, training delivery, roster management, tracking completion and any other items related to training.
5. Establishes relationship with super users and has ongoing communication with this group to ensure understanding of training.

Qualifications:

• Required Associate's Degree
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience Required
