You will play a key role in shaping how RTM is delivered in real-world settings, working closely with both clinical and business teams to improve patient outcomes and operational workflows. What You’ll Do Remote Patient Management: Manage an active RTM patient caseload, guiding patients through prescribed programs and ensuring consistent engagement and adherence. Clinical Communication: Collaborate closely with supervising therapists to communicate patient progress, flag clinical concerns, and support continuity of care. In-Clinic Relationship Building: Travel to partner clinics in New Jersey to build strong relationships with staff and patients, reinforcing trust and adoption of RTM workflows. Workflow Optimization: Provide real-world feedback on clinical workflows, helping refine how RTM is delivered across different practice environments. Product Feedback & Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to share insights from patient interactions, contributing to ongoing product and experience improvements. Care Delivery Support: Work alongside EverEx clinicians and business teams to ensure high‑quality, scalable patient care delivery. What We’re Looking For Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing Active New Jersey PTA license required Resides in or near New Jersey (preferred) Experience or exposure to Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) or digital health workflows is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across clinical and non‑clinical teams Comfortable managing patients remotely and using digital tools for care delivery Adaptable, proactive, and eager to contribute in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Passion for improving patient outcomes through technology‑enabled care Compensation is dependent on experience, skills, and location.
