Job Description

TITLE: Assembler I

LOCATION: Plymouth, MN (onsite)

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 03/23/2026 to 09/21/2026 Contract to Hire

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble precision medical products according to assembly instructions, manufacturing processes, and quality procedures.
  • Build precision sub-assemblies and components using tools and automated equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Read visual and written instructions to retrieve parts for use on the production line.
  • Report problems with processes, equipment, or materials to the Lead Assembler.
  • Operate and maintain equipment and machinery used in manufacturing processes.
  • Follow guidelines for operating in a clean room environment.
  • Ensure that work areas are neat, organized, and clean.
  • Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including manufacturing logs, production worksheets, and quality records.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Vocational & Trade School Program degree and/or technical training a plus.
  • 1+ years of related experience for Level I.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for assembling small components.
  • Must be able to sit / stand for long periods of time.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work successfully in both a team environment and independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet production, quotas, timelines, and demands.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30+ pounds.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $19.00 to $20.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
