What We Offer Comprehensive benefits for eligible associates and family members 401(k) program with company match Travel discounts at Crescent-managed properties throughout North America Career growth opportunities with a leading hospitality management company Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of hotel operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, service excellence, profitability, and associate engagement Create and maintain a guest-centric culture that inspires associates to consistently deliver exceptional luxury experiences Drive financial performance through strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, and expense management Analyze operational and financial reporting to identify opportunities and implement strategies that maximize profitability and market share Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Food & Beverage leaders to strengthen the hotel’s positioning and drive commercial performance Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive and departmental leadership team Foster a collaborative and service-driven culture focused on accountability, communication, and continuous improvement Maintain strong visibility throughout the hotel while ensuring exceptional product quality, cleanliness, and luxury service standards Build relationships within the local community and represent the hotel positively with guests, ownership groups, business partners, and industry organizations Lead operational and cultural initiatives that support the continued evolution and repositioning of the hotel within the luxury market Partner closely with Human Resources to support associate relations, talent development, and compliance with company policies and procedures Travel periodically for corporate meetings, leadership initiatives, and industry events Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager within a full-service hotel environment Proven success leading upscale or luxury hotel operations required Experience repositioning, reinventing, or elevating a hotel asset strongly preferred Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success driving revenue performance and operational excellence Hilton brand experience strongly preferred Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills Strong understanding of hotel financials, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Join a company where leadership is empowered, innovation is encouraged, and exceptional hospitality is at the center of everything we do.
