Bushwick Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team at our Adult Day Care. This role is focused on delivering high-quality clinical assessments, care planning, and ongoing support for residents through the New York State Uniform Assessment System (UAS-NY).
As part of our interdisciplinary care team, the ideal candidate will be a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who is experienced in conducting in-person assessments, developing individualized care plans, and working closely with residents, families, and healthcare providers to promote resident well-being and regulatory compliance.
