This contract opportunity is ideal for imaging professionals who thrive on autonomy and variety, providing X-Ray (and EKG, if applicable) services at nursing homes, healthcare centers, and other facilities. Your technical expertise and professional communication skills will ensure high-quality diagnostic images and a seamless patient experience.


Schedule:

• Full-time hours
• Shift details discussed during the interview process

Key Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (licensure reimbursement available after 90 days)
• Experience with portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography required
• Ability to perform EKGs is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Physical capability to maneuver and transport equipment weighing 50-100 lbs, multiple times daily
• Excellent professional interaction with patients, staff, and physicians

Primary Responsibilities:

• Independently perform and process X-Rays onsite, utilizing portable equipment
• Submit and transmit images for radiologist interpretation promptly
• Conduct EKGs and transmit results for cardiology review when necessary
• Accurately scan and manage exam paperwork and billing documents daily per established protocol
• Maintain mobile imaging equipment and company vehicle
• Ensure timely and professional communication with dispatch, management, and clients
• Foster a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere while consistently delivering top-quality patient care
