Requirements:

MUST HAVE OWN CARGO VAN
MUST HAVE TWIC CARD
21 years of age or older
Solid knowledge of the city
A registered, insured and inspected van less than 10 years old
A current driving license and clean driving record
Tech savvy -- you're comfortable using a smartphone and apps
