Role Description The Registered Client Service Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, United States. In this role, the associate supports financial advisors by delivering high-quality service to clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing account service requests. Daily responsibilities may include processing transactions, preparing and updating client documentation, maintaining accurate records in firm systems, and coordinating client meetings and follow-ups. The associate collaborates closely with advisors and internal partners to ensure timely, compliant, and professional handling of client needs. The role requires consistent adherence to regulatory requirements, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to a positive client experience. Qualifications Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships. Experience in Customer Support and issue resolution, ensuring prompt, accurate responses to client inquiries. Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening. Foundational knowledge of Finance and investment concepts, with the ability to support advisors in delivering wealth management solutions. Relevant securities registrations and licenses (such as Series 7 and Series 63/66), or the willingness and ability to obtain them as required. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proven attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processing. Comfort working with financial systems, CRM platforms, and standard office software tools.
