Your Key Responsibilities - Utilize radiographic and CT imaging techniques to produce precise, diagnostic-quality images for physicians
- Work alongside radiologists and healthcare teams to facilitate accurate assessments
- Skillfully position patients and fine-tune equipment settings for optimum imaging results
- Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to protect both patient and staff
- Keep detailed records of imaging sequences and equipment upkeep
- Deliver empathetic patient care throughout the imaging process
- Help maintain a well-organized and efficient imaging environment
Educational Background - Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Must have completed an accredited radiology program
Required Credentials - Active ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
- Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
Essential Skills - Strong understanding of imaging protocols and safety measures
- Exceptional communication skills when interacting with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt swiftly to changes
- Detail-oriented approach with a profound sense of accountability
- Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and modern imaging technologies
