Job Summary The PG Business Process Analyst will be responsible for consolidating research, interpreting data and evaluating insights to advance decision-making processes. The PG Business Process Analyst will work closely with the management team to identify business needs, document requirements and propose solutions. The PG Business Process Analyst position is part of a Job Family comprised of PG Associate Business Process Analyst, PG Business Process Analyst, PG Senior Business Process Analyst, and PG Principal Business Process Analyst where experience will be the determining factor.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, economics, finance, information system technology, communications) The Associate PG Business Process Analyst is entry level position. In lieu of a degree, the Associate requires five years of business experience The PG Business Process Analyst requires three years of business, data analytics, or related experience. In lieu of a degree, the mid-level requires eight years of business experience The Senior PG Business Process Analyst requires five years of experience in business, data analytics, or related experience. In lieu of a degree, the Senior requires ten years of business experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills, including the ability to gather, organize and analyze large amounts of data * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Visio Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
End Date: 07/03/2026 Pay Range Minimum : $68,436.68 Pay Range Maximum : $135,761.08 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
