What You’ll Do You’ll help children reach their fullest potential through personalized, play-based therapy. In these roles, you will: · Deliver occupational therapy to pediatric clients in a 1:1 setting · Work in outpatient clinics located in Pilot Mountain or Kernersville, NC · Optional: Provide services in early intervention/home health or aquatic therapy for added variety · Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists and families to set meaningful goals · Document progress clearly and efficiently to support continuity of care · Enjoy schedule flexibility that works for you and your life outside of work What We’re Looking For We’re growing quickly and need passionate therapists who are: · Licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) in North Carolina · Energetic, empathetic, and excited to work with pediatric clients and their families · Comfortable working in fast-paced, play-focused environments · Self-starters who value collaboration, kindness, and professionalism · Open to new ideas, feedback, and continued personal and clinical development Let’s Propel Kids—and Your Career—Forward If you're ready to be part of something meaningful, where your skills are valued and your passion is celebrated, Propel Pediatric Therapy is ready for you.
