American Packout Raleigh is a contents restoration and packout services company specializing in residential and commercial losses caused by water, fire, mold, and other disasters. We partner closely with insurance carriers, adjusters, contractors, and property managers to provide professional, efficient, and well-documented contents restoration services. As part of a growing national organization, we are building scalable, high-quality packout operations in new markets.
Position SummaryThe Packout Project Manager is responsible for managing and executing all residential and commercial packout and contents restoration services from start to finish. This role is hands-on and labor-intensive, requiring active participation in packing, moving, lifting, loading, and unloading customer contents while leading packout operations in the field.
In Raleigh, this role also carries a division-building focus . The Packout Project Manager will help launch and grow the Packout & Contents Restoration division from the ground up by developing referral relationships, generating new business, establishing workflows, and building scalable systems while maintaining high production and profitability standards.
This is not a supervisory-only role. The Packout Project Manager is expected to work in the field daily while managing projects, documentation, and business development responsibilities.
