Title: Injection Mold Operator

Shift: All shifts available; training occurs on the 1st shift

Salary: $23.62/hour (+ $1.00 shift differential for 2nd/3rd shift)

We are an established, employee-owned manufacturer in the Greater Cleveland area serving the heavy industrial and infrastructure markets. Injection Mold Operator Role:

The Injection Mold Operator sets up and operates high-pressure molding equipment and preparation machinery to create specialized industrial products. This role is vital to ensuring the quality and quantity of production meets performance standards.

Injection Mold Operator Responsibilities:

• Set up, assemble, and disassemble molds for production or storage
• Operate various molding, extrusion, and preparation machines
• Adjust equipment temperatures and settings for specific production runs
• Load and unload materials using appropriate handling equipment
• Monitor pressure and temperature gauges during injection operations
• Perform finishing tasks such as grinding, buffing, and cleaning product threads
• Conduct visual inspections of finished material to ensure quality
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in a fast-paced environment

Reporting Relationships:

This position reports to the Production Manager.

About You:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing; molding or assembly experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work safely in a heavy industrial environment
• Capacity to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Flexibility to work in varying temperatures, including hot summer conditions
