VendHer Fair is a vibrant marketplace hosted by ConqHer where young women entrepreneurs showcase their products, creativity, and business skills to the community. 1. Event Setup Crew – Help Build the VendHer Marketplace Timeframe: April 11 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM Project Briefing: Help us transform the venue into a lively marketplace for the VendHer Fair. Volunteers will assist with setting up vendor tables, chairs, décor, and signage to create a welcoming environment for young entrepreneurs and community guests. This role is perfect for volunteers who enjoy teamwork and helping bring an event space to life before guests arrive. 2. Registration & Welcome Team – Greet Our VendHer Guests Timeframe: April 11 3:15 PM – 6:00 PM Project Briefing: The Registration & Welcome Team serves as the first point of contact for guests attending the VendHer Fair. Volunteers will assist with checking guests in, providing general information, and helping ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival experience. This role is ideal for volunteers who enjoy interacting with people and creating positive first impressions. 3. ConqHer Information Table Assistant – Share the Mission Timeframe: April 11 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM Project Briefing: Volunteers at the ConqHer table help share information about the organization and its programs while engaging with guests throughout the fair. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering basic questions about ConqHer, encouraging guests to learn more about upcoming programs, and supporting event staff at the table.
