UPPERKUTS BOXING CLUB is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our club. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting members and visitors, managing check-ins, answering inquiries, and providing essential information about our classes, schedules, and facilities. The Front Desk Representative plays a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. You will work closely with membership services, trainers, and management to assist with administrative tasks and support member engagement. Ideal candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills, remain calm under pressure, and be passionate about supporting our community of boxing enthusiasts. • Greet members and guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about the club’s offerings.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, class registrations, and facility usage.
• Handle membership payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and ensure proper tracking of visitor logs and daily reports.
• Support other departments by facilitating communication and coordinating administrative tasks.
• Address member concerns professionally or direct them to appropriate staff when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, ideally within a fitness or sports club environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and remain composed under pressure.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems, scheduling software, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• A genuine interest in fitness, boxing, or martial arts is a plus.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
