As a Fiscal Officer 2, you will be responsible for the daily operations and overall fiscal management of the Department of Human Services (DHS), Administrative program fund, and Accounts Payable unit. You will perform budgeting, accounting, and closing of the DHS Administrative ledgers using various cost accounting formulas, in collaboration with responsible fiscal staff. This role coordinates year-end SAP closings and necessary journal entries for different departments and programs. Additionally, you will supervise Accounts Payable and Purchasing unit for DHS.
