The Community Programs Leader organizes and leads participants in a variety of cultural, recreational, and leisure activities. This role is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and structured environment for individuals of all ages, including children, adults, and seniors.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, adults, and seniors and is passionate about creating a safe and welcoming environment for recreational activities.
Plan, develop, and lead recreational and cultural programs (sports, arts, crafts, games, and computer-based activities). Coordinate and manage daily activity schedules
Supervise participants and ensure a safe, inclusive environment. Enforce rules and resolve conflicts among participants
Maintain attendance records and activity documentation. Provide basic first aid for minor injuries.
Distribute, collect, and manage equipment and supplies
Assist with transporting participants as needed. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and program guidelines
