Are you looking to put your clerical skills to the test? Beaver County is in search of an individual who enjoys multi-tasking and being an office support for other staff. This role requires proficient computer, organizational and communication skills to carry out daily clerical duties. Join our dedicated team to provide vital clerical support and carry out our essential functions!
This position will work closely with case managers and administrative staff to perform clerical duties needed to ensure processes are followed for the department. Day-to-day activities can vary, offering a unique and challenging environment. Employees in this role maintain attention to detail, organization, and computer skills. This role uses the computer to enter client information into various state and county databases. You will perform a variety of clerical support duties such as typing correspondence, electronic scanning and filing, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors. Incumbents are responsible for opening and sorting mail as well as distributing incoming faxes.
