RousCar & Son Logistics LLC, established in 2019, is a specialized trucking company focused on transporting Compressed Liquid Gases and cryogenic products. We are actively seeking truck drivers, and team drivers are strongly encouraged to apply. We provide steady, year-round work, competitive pay, and a non-hostile, professional work environment with 24/7 support for any issues or questions that may arise. Drivers may choose to bring a qualified team partner of their own or be paired with one of our experienced drivers. Teams encouraged to apply.

Training / Orientation

• Duration: 5 days (MondayFriday)
• Location: Deer Park, TX
• Pay: $100 per day, added to your first settlement after completing orientation.
• Status: Drivers are engaged as subcontractors and receive a 1099 (we do not W-2)
• Travel: Travel arrangements are discussed during the interview

21+ days OTR, followed by upto 7 days at homeThis opportunity is ideal for professional truck drivers who value steady miles, specialized freight, and a supportive, team-oriented company culture.

Qualifications:

• Clean Driving Record.
• Must have Class A CDL
• 2 years of Class A driving in the previous 3 years.
• A minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience with in the past 5 years.
• Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements Required
• TWIC required, (If you do not yet have a TWIC, you may apply for it and send the receipt to us).
• Teams strongly encouraged to apply.
