CDL A TEAM DRIVERS – LEASE & COMPANY POSITIONS AVAILABLE | UP TO $16,000 WEEKLY

Prime One is hiring experienced CDL A TEAM DRIVERS for both our Lease/Rent and Company Driver programs. We specialize in high-value freight , allowing our teams to earn top pay with consistent, reliable miles.

TEAM DRIVERS ONLY – NO SOLO DRIVERS.

LEASE / OWNER-OPERATOR TEAMS.

$12,000 – $16,000 Weekly Gross per Team (GUARANTEED).

What We Offer:

• $2.20 – $4.00 per mile on premium loads.
• Consistent miles every week GUARANTEED.
• 24/7 dispatch and full operational support.
• New equipment: 2022–2027 Freightliner, Volvo, International.

Fixed Weekly Costs:

• $900 truck fee.
• $0.15 per mile depreciation.
• $450 insurance.
• $150 trailer fee.
• $150 admin fee.
• $70 OCC/ACC.
• 15% service charge.

Escrow:

• $3,000 per driver.
• $250 or $500 weekly deductions.
• 100% refundable after 45 days.

Take-Home:

• $2,200 – $4,000 weekly per driver GUARANTEED.
• $4,400 – $8,000 weekly per team.
  
  

COMPANY TEAM DRIVERS.

CONSISTENT MILES | GUARANTEED PAY.

What We Offer:

• $0.75 – $0.90 per mile GUARANTEED.
• 5,000 – 7,000 miles per week GUARANTEED.
• $1,800 – $2,800 weekly take-home per driver.
• Stable, year-round freight.
• Full dispatch support.

REQUIREMENTS:

• TEAM DRIVERS ONLY – no solo drivers.
• Minimum 1 year CDL A experience.
• No SAP or incomplete SAP.
• Ready to run immediately.
