Installs, repairs, modifies, and opens a variety of locking mechanisms found on doors, desks, compartments, mobile equipment, safes, and vaults. All employees must have proof of US citizenship, a valid state driver's license and be eligible for base access. Manufacture keys, Install lock cores, Re-core and re-pin locks. Change lock combinations (including safes, GSA containers, electronic locks, and entry controls). Disassembles locks, such as padlocks, safe locks, and door locks, and repair.
Replaces worn tumblers, springs, and other parts.
Moves lockpick in cylinder to open door locks without keys.
Conduct inspections upon request on vault locks and safe locks to assist in determining if the safe can be certified for the security level it is to be used for.
Maintain key and lock logs for buildings, containers, and equipment as outline in our contract.
Maintain records as outlined in the contract.
Perform preventative carpentry maintenance.
Perform carpentry services to repair, install, and replace buildings and structures and associated components.
Fabrication, installation, and repair of items such as wooden doors, floors, walls, ceilings, exterior structures, windows, cabinets, shelves, handrails, bulletin boards, and other hardware associated with buildings and structures.
Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with contractual, functional, and mission requirements.
High School Diploma/GED and one (1) year additional education and/or experience.

3+ years of experience other relevant applications
Welding flex and pipe
Experience working with DoD or government contracts preferred.
