Position Overview Two tenure‑track positions in the Department of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences, starting Fall 2026. The appointment is 100% teaching over the nine‑month academic year (September to late May). Successful candidates will contribute to interdisciplinary collaborations with STEM disciplines on campus. Responsibilities Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the candidate’s areas of research and expertise. Advise undergraduate psychology majors and/or doctoral and master’s students. Conduct research actively and contribute to the department’s research mission. Qualifications Doctorate in a psychology subfield (Industrial/Organizational Psychology specialization preferred) by hire date. Ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses. Aptitude for advising undergraduate majors and graduate students. Demonstrated research ability and record. Commitment to high‑quality classroom instruction, student mentoring, and interdisciplinary contribution.
