Job Description

The Administrative Associate works under close supervision, with work closely defined and standardized which allows the incumbent limited opportunity to use judgement or initiative.

• Pay Rate : $19.00 - $22.00/hour, depending on experience.
• Assignment Length: 6-month contract with the high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
• Shift Details: Monday - Friday | 5 days on, 2 days off

Responsibilities:

• Perform simple, routine, and repetitive administrative functions to support the team and ensure smooth office operations.
• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records using computer and Excel skills.
• Support team members with various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Must have experience in invoicing.
• Must have strong record-keeping skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently.
• Team-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
• Hardworking and committed to supporting the team's success.
