We're looking for an experienced Wood Finisher to join our custom woodworking team. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy bringing handcrafted cabinets, furniture, and millwork to life with a beautiful finish, we'd love to hear from you.

Our shop builds custom, high-quality wood products, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in producing work they're proud to put their name on.

What You'll Do

• Prepare wood surfaces by sanding, filling, and cleaning before finishing.
• Apply stains, sealers, paints, toners, and clear coats to custom wood products.
• Match colors and finishes to customer specifications and sample boards.
• Operate spray equipment and maintain a clean, organized finishing area.
• Sand between coats and inspect finished pieces for quality and consistency.
• Touch up and repair finishes when needed.
• Follow shop safety procedures and maintain finishing equipment.
• Work closely with the production team to keep projects moving on schedule.

What We're Looking For

• Experience finishing custom cabinetry, furniture, architectural millwork, or other fine woodworking products.
• Knowledge of stains, lacquers, conversion varnishes, polyurethane, and other wood finishing systems.
• Experience with HVLP or conventional spray equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to read work orders and follow finishing specifications.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
