In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient towing services to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are handled with care. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks to safely tow and transport vehicles as requested. Respond promptly to service calls and provide assistance in various situations。 Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure the tow truck is in good working order before each shift。 Secure vehicles properly on the tow truck to prevent damage during transport. Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients to provide timely updates on estimated arrival times. Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records of services rendered. Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to clients in a professional manner. Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times. Manage your time efficiently to respond to multiple service requests throughout the shift. Qualifications Previous experience as a tow truck driver is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; a CDL is preferred. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and towing procedures. Excellent driving skills, with the ability to operate various types of tow trucks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical strength and stamina to perform towing-related tasks.
