Tax Attorney - Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Tax Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Tax practice group, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of attorneys and professionals, providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients on various tax-related matters
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex tax issues
• Draft and review tax-related documents, including opinions, memoranda, and correspondence
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective tax strategies
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in tax law
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
