SUMMARY:

Are you looking for great pay, in a central location on a fast-paced shift that will fly by? If so, then apply today to work for the team that packages school supplies for over 1 million students each year. Our seasonal school supply packaging operation has started and our production season will continue into August. The location is near Beltline Rd and I-35 in Carrollton. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our Production team, observing the highest standards of safety and quality while ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion. You will need to be reliable, punctual, and able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read order forms to locate items by bin number.
• Accurately pick required quantities of product during order pulling while utilizing push carts and pallet jacks as needed to fulfill orders.
• Mark and label order forms and packaging paperwork.
• Clean workstation by breaking down boxes and taking out the trash.
• Operate machinery that may include automatic heat sealers, tray formers, and case erectors.
• Must be able to work on foot for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 35lbs on a consistent basis.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from all sources
• Must be able to perform a job from oral or written instructions
• Must have the ability to maintain composure to control emotions under stress using tact, good judgment, and the ability to work with others as a team

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Must be able to tolerate a moderate-to-high noise level in a warehouse environment
• Must be able to work in extreme (hot or cold) weather conditions

HOURS

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM (Seasonal, Full Time)

PAY

• $15 per hour and up
