Store Manager – Coffee Shop
Full-Time | $45,000 - $47,000 per year
Waterslake Capital is looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our high-energy, service-focused barista team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of staffing, sales, and operations to create an exceptional coffee experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and develop a dynamic team of 25-40 employees , including Assistant Managers and baristas, to deliver top-tier customer service.
Customer Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience by maintaining high service standards, product quality, and a welcoming store atmosphere.
Operations & Compliance: Uphold food safety protocols, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and equipment maintenance.
Performance Management: Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
Sales & Profitability: Drive sales, monitor store performance, and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Scheduling & Staffing: Create and manage staff schedules to optimize productivity while balancing labor costs.
Financial Accountability: Oversee cash handling, reporting, and adherence to company policies and financial procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:
2+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, café, or retail environment.
Food service experience required; coffee shop experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced setting.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Must be able to travel to Omaha, NE for training during the first four weeks.
