LPN Staffing & Hiring Coordinator (Hybrid | Full-Time | On-Call Role)
The LPN Staffing & Hiring Coordinator is a critical operational role responsible for ensuring continuous nurse coverage across multiple residential group home healthcare settings. This position manages day-to-day staffing logistics, responds promptly to call-outs, and actively works to fill open shifts to maintain compliance and uninterrupted member care.
This is a full-time hybrid role (work from home with option to come in office 1-2 days a week) with on-call responsibilities. The position does not operate on a fixed or predictable schedule and requires a high level of availability, flexibility, and responsiveness, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs arise. The Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for nurse staffing issues and plays a key role in hiring, onboarding, and retaining LPN staff.
