We are looking for a true construction professional - Someone with real experience, strong carpentry skills, and the ability to work confidently across multiple trades. What You'll Work On:

• Foundations, masonry, dirt work, structural and decorative concrete
• Framing, roofing, siding, and exteriors
• Plumbing, electrical, and basic mechanical work
• Windows, doors, waterproofing, and insulation
• Drywall hanging and finishing, all types of flooring, and custom tile
• Trimwork, cabinetry, and detailed/custom finish carpentry
• Outdoor living spaces including decks, patios, covered porches, screen rooms, and sunrooms
• Full residential additions and remodels from demo to final punch
• Ground-up new construction

What We're Looking For:

• Skilled carpenter with multi-trade experience
• Able to take direction OR run tasks independently
• Sharp problem-solver with a "figure it out" mindset
• Clean, detailed, and takes pride in craftsmanship
• Professional attitude with solid communication skills
• Someone who wants long-term stability, not short-term gigs

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in residential construction required.
