Lead the full project lifecycle for clean rooms, active hospitals, labs, and technical facilities. Manage cost, schedule, buyout, forecasting, and contract administration. Drive subcontractor performance, sequencing, and accountability on the team. Partner closely with Superintendents, BIM/VDC teams, and engineers to maintain coordination and schedule. Manage change orders, RFIs, and documentation with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Interface directly with owners, architects, engineers, commissioning agents, and inspectors. Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO classifications, QA/QC requirements, and AHJ standards. Lead commissioning, closeout, and turnover documentation.

8-12+ years of experience as a PM with a commercial GC. Direct experience delivering clean rooms, labs, life sciences, or MEP-intensive projects. Strong understanding of controlled-environment construction. Confident communicator with owners, consultants, and trade partners. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling tools, and BIM environments.
