Registered Dietitian

Salary Range: $74,612 to $98,488 annually

Requirements to apply:

• Registered Dietitian credential
• Minimum Associate’s degree
• At least 1 year of experience working with frail or elderly populations
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team

Full time Registered Dietitian opportunity in Stockton, California, supporting comprehensive nutrition services for senior populations through a collaborative, participant centered care model.

Job Overview:

The Registered Dietitian is responsible for developing and implementing the nutrition services program while working closely with the interdisciplinary team. This role delivers direct nutrition care through assessments, counseling, and care plan development while also serving as a liaison with food and supplement service providers. The Dietitian oversees menu planning, meal delivery programs, and regulatory compliance related to kitchen and meal services, ensuring participants receive safe, accurate, and individualized nutrition support.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutrition assessments and actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop individualized care plans
• Provide and document nutrition interventions per physician orders and participant care plans, including special diets and nutrition counseling
• Oversee menu planning and meal delivery to ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Direct nutrition staff including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance oversight
• Support intake and enrollment processes to ensure timely and effective participant onboarding
