Recruitment Coordinator

Coordinate and arrange advertising for job vacancies to attract qualified candidates. Conduct interviews and, when applicable, testing to evaluate applicant suitability for specific positions. Facilitate the selection process by matching candidates to roles based on job requirements and organizational needs. Receive, record, and maintain accurate job vacancy information from the company, including job descriptions, wages, and employment conditions. Provide timely and accurate information on current job vacancies to job seekers. Ensure recruitment processes comply with organizational policies and relevant legislation. Carefully consider and apply the selection criteria outlined in each job description to support fair and effective hiring decisions. Collaborate with the scheduling team to monitor workforce requirements, identifying locations and roles that require additional staffing.

Must haves:

HR / Recruitment experience Proficiency in recruitment software and job advertising platforms. Strong interviewing and assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Organized and detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills. Ability to apply selection criteria fairly and consistently. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and compliance requirements. Team player who can work collaboratively with scheduling and HR teams.

Nice to haves:

Familiarity with workforce scheduling and staffing needs. Experience working in the healthcare industry.

Home office requirements:

Perfectly working headset and webcam. Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps. Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later. Quiet room with no distractions or background noises. A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift.
