Dave Sinclair Lincoln St Peters is a leader in automotive retail, and we are looking to add a qualified RECEPTIONIST/CASHIER to our team.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.
• Direct telephone calls to the appropriate parties as necessary.
• Refers customers who have questions about the work performed, maintenance, or repair etc. to the service advisor or other appropriate individual.
• Greeting customers entering the dealership
• Additional administrative responsibilities.
• Operate an current dealership  phone system.
• Handle multiple lines.

• Responsible for processing cash, credit, check transactions and refunds.
• Duties include interacting with customers, balancing the cash, determining change, recording purchases.
• Closes all open invoices

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education and/or Experience

• No prior experience or training will train. 
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
