QUALITY DATA ANALYST

Quality Data Analyst- No Remote Work

Pay Rate: $22

Job Purpose: The Quality Data Analyst plays a vital role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of behavioral health services through data-driven decision-making and technological innovation. This position focuses on internal auditing, data analysis, and IT systems to ensure compliance, improve performance, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and IT expertise relevant to healthcare environments. Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Job Functions

  • Conduct internal audits across clinical and administrative departments.
  • Evaluate compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement and monitor audit resolutions.
  • Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for performance monitoring.
  • Support integration and optimization of IT systems related to quality and compliance.
  • Ensure data integrity and security in audit and quality processes
  • Assist in the design and execution of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Use data analytics to measure outcomes and support continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate root cause analyses and develop action plans.
  • Track progress and report results to leadership.
  • Provide training on data systems, audit procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Serve as a resource for staff on data reporting and IT tools.
  • Promote a culture of quality and accountability through education and support.

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Health Informatics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, IT systems, or internal auditing in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and electronic health record systems.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Certification in healthcare quality or auditing is a plus.
  • Power BI experience is strongly preferred.
