Develop a research program. Areas of I-O specialization are open. Support the work of the MTSU Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE). About the program and resources We have the nationally ranked M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology program and a strong undergraduate major in I-O psychology. The successful candidate will be able to support the work of COHRE. Qualifications Appointment at the rank of assistant or associate professor; tenure-track. Ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses. Ability to supervise student research and develop a research program.
