PMHNP opening in Fort Wayne, IN Indianapolis 126mFull-time, EmployedWe are seeking a full-time PMHNP able to work independently and give high-quality, compassionate care to patients. Your primary responsibility will be admission and treatment of psychiatric inpatients, but there will be a blend of this and outpatient treatment of patients in the IOP. You will be able to follow a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, with set hours and no restriction on a private practice after hours. We are seeking candidates who are skilled clinicians in a hospital-based setting. Typical case load 14-16 patients/day Primarily inpatient with some IOP coverage Hours 8-5 After hour call coverage (initially by rotation then voluntary with additional stipend) Weekend coverage (by rotation) Unit has UR and social worker Daily treatment team meetings Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage Developed infrastructure with extensive back office support as well as local management Compensation and Benefits Very generous base salary Productivity bonus 401(k) Flexible spending account Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance Health savings account Paid time off CME Employee assistance program Referral program Qualifications Indiana licensed PMHNP with active DEA Must have inpatient psychiatric experience Fort Wayne, IN Fort Wayne is the central hub of Allen County, Indiana, and always has something to offer to everyone!
