Overview Security Clearance: Secret Position: Project Lead, Joint Military Attache School (JMAS) Role Players Posted: 06/08/2026 Title: Project Lead, Joint Military Attache School (JMAS) Role Players Classification: Full-time SCA Covered: No FLSA Status: Exempt Location: Joint Base Anacostia - Bolling, VA Travel Required: Yes Reports To: Corporate Program Manager Salary/Pay Range: Contingent on contract award Responsibilities Coordinate the selection, preparation, attendance, and performance of all role players and role player teams in support of JMAS practical exercises. Manage 15–20 exercises ranging in size from 1 role-player to over 100 participants. Oversee exercise locations within the National Capital Region (NCR) in and around Washington DC, with an annual two-week capstone exercise in Cocoa Beach, FL. Ensure role play exercises teach resistance to exploitation and align with learning objectives. Coordinate with government and contractor instructors to support JMAS learning objectives. Ensure role player personas for Diplomatic receptions are delivered to the JMAS exercise coordinator 10 days before each exercise. Ensure each RP has 20 business cards available for exchange at Diplomatic Receptions. Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required Minimum five (5) years of experience in the Department of War environment. Extensive knowledge and experience in elicitation techniques and methodologies. Highly Desired Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Experience as a role player in support of JMAS exercises. Specific knowledge of embassy operations overseas, understanding of a global workforce, and cross-cultural experience living and/or working outside the United States. Physical and Environmental Requirements May be required to use computer screen for extended periods. Extended working hours and travel may be necessary.
