Investigates and interviews witnesses; gathers supporting documents relating to witness testimony. Conducts legal research, fact investigation and analysis; prepares summary and chronology of facts in cases. Assists in the drafting of pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents; prepares legal reports and exhibits. May assist with legal review of documents gathered in response to open records (sunshine law) requests. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: Paralegal, Legal Studies, or related field, OR Four years of experience as a paralegal, including computer experience.
