You will connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through their available options.
Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Explain available benefit options and assist clients through the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate client information and digital records
• Participate in weekly training sessions and coaching meetings
