What We Offer Day rate or mileage pay: $250–$350+ per day (based on experience and loads) W2 pay Direct deposit Flexible rotations: 14/7, 21/7, or similar oilfield schedules Modern frac sand box trailers and trucks Paid training, DOT physicals, and safety gear Performance bonuses and safety incentives Key Responsibilities Haul frac sand using sand box trailers to and from mines, terminals, and well sites. Perform safe loading/unloading at frac sites, including tarp securement and weight checks. Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain DOT logs/ELD compliance. Navigate oilfield roads, including rough terrain, in all weather conditions. Communicate with dispatch for real-time routing and updates. Requirements Valid Class A CDL with clean MVR. 3+ year verifiable tractor-trailer experience (oilfield/frac sand preferred). TWIC card or ability to obtain (preferred). Pass DOT drug screen, background check, and road test. Willing to work nights, weekends, and extended hours. Physical Demands Lift up to 50 lbs; climb ladders; work outdoors in heat/dust. Local End Dump Driver – (Home Daily) Pay: – W2 only (no 1099) Schedule: Monday–Friday, some Saturdays available; be at the yard by 4:00 AM, rolling by 4:30 AM Location: San Antonio, TX – 4 dr Requirements: 3+ years end dump experience Good driving record Able to use ELD Reliable, on-time, and safety focused
