What You’ll Do

• Perform detailed assembly of micro‑sized components under a microscope (90% of your shift)

• Use small hand tools to complete delicate work with accuracy

• Complete inspections, deburring, and quality checks to maintain product integrity

• Work inside a clean, climate‑controlled cleanroom designed for focus and comfort

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3+ months of small‑part or medical assembly experience

• Microscope experience (or confidence using one for the majority of your shift)

• Strong hand‑eye coordination and the ability to work with precision

• A reliable, safety‑minded individual who takes pride in quality work

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.53/hr.
