Location: Mentor, OH Shift: Full-Time (Flexible Hours) Pay Rate: $23–$29 per hour, based on experience About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Locksmith with strong knowledge of commercial locks, commercial door hardware, and related security systems. This role includes in-shop duties as well as occasional field service work, providing support to commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain commercial locks, door hardware, and security components Perform rekeying, lock changes, and hardware adjustments Troubleshoot and repair door closers, panic bars, hinges, and access hardware Provide field service as needed for commercial customers Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Maintain accurate documentation and work orders Requirements Experience working with commercial locks and commercial door hardware Knowledge of common lock types, key systems, and security hardware Ability to perform field service work when needed Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work full-time with flexible hours What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow within an established and trusted organization
