Line Operator

As a Line Operator, you will play a key role in the production of high-quality circuit boards used in advanced technology. No previous assembly experience is requiredwe provide hands-on training, including basic hand-soldering skills.

What You'll Do

  • Apply and remove epoxy from circuit boards
  • Perform basic hand soldering after receiving full training
  • Work under a microscope for detailed, precision-based tasks (approximately 80% of the shift)
  • Use small hand tools such as tweezers and screwdrivers for assembly
  • Keep your workstation organized, with 15 minutes of clean-up time at the end of each shift

Work Environment & Schedule

You'll work in a clean, well-organized manufacturing area at a personal workstation equipped with everything you need, including a microscope and high-quality tools.

Schedule: MondayFriday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
