Inside Sales Representative (B2B Industrial Equipment)

Location: Fully Remote (East Coast preferred or ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM ET)

Compensation: Commission Only + $4,000 Guaranteed Draw for First 6 Months

OTE: $120K–$200K+ Year 1

We are partnering with a rapidly growing company in the industrial power equipment space that is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support increasing inbound demand and drive new business development.

• Construction and fleet operations
• Electrical contractors
• Mobile business and food truck manufacturers
• Trailer and truck upfitters
• Industrial equipment buyers

Most inbound customers already understand their equipment needs, creating a strong opportunity for consultative selling and fast deal cycles.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls generated through marketing efforts
• Qualify opportunities and close B2B sales
• Follow up on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)
• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach to targeted accounts
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Maintain responsiveness and follow-up throughout the sales cycle
• Learn technical product information and recommend appropriate solutions

What They’re Looking For

• Strong B2B sales experience required
• Must be comfortable in a commission-driven environment
• Experience in industrial, equipment, construction, manufacturing, electrical, fleet, or technical sales highly preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong phone presence and closing ability
• Organized, responsive, and self-motivated
