Gun Loader Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 05:00pm)

We are seeking a diligent and mechanically inclined Temporary Gun Loader to join our oilfield operations team. This role is vital for supporting the safe and efficient preparation, loading, and handling of perforating guns.

Disqualify If:

• Unable to speak and understand English for safety and operational reasons.
• No mechanical aptitude or no experience working with tools/equipment.
• No oilfield, shop, mechanical, or industrial experience.
• Unable to stand, bend, walk, and work for extended periods.
• Unwilling to work in outdoor and industrial oilfield environments.
• Unwilling to wear required PPE including safety glasses, gloves, hard hat, steel-toe boots, long sleeves, and long pants.
• Unable to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Must Have / Qualifications:

• Must speak and understand English.
• Strong mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in an industrial oilfield environment.
• Ability to follow strict safety procedures.
• Must be dependable and safety oriented.

Gun Loader Qualifications:

• Previous mechanical, diesel, shop, or hands-on equipment experience strongly preferred
• Prior oilfield experience and understanding of industrial work environments preferred
• Experience operating forklifts including sit-down, stand-up, or telehandler equipment is a plus
• Must be able to speak and understand English and follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen and work in a physically demanding environment
