WhatYoullDo

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will playan important rolein modernizing andmaintainingour visualassets.You will convert existing PNG images into clean, scalable,SVGgraphics,andupdate diagrams, icons, and illustrations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability. Workingclosely withDocumentation, MarketingandUI,you will update images to reflect current functionality, improve clarity for end users, and apply design best practices for accessibility and responsiveness.This role offers hands-on experience with technical documentation workflows, UI design, andmarketing,while building real-world skills in vector design, attention to detail, and structured content creation.

Responsibilities

• Convert existing PNG images into clean, scalable SVGgraphics using industry-standard design tools.

• Updatediagrams, icons, and visualsto improve clarity and consistency.

• Apply basic design, branding, and accessibility best practices.

• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements, receive feedback, and make revisions.

• Organize andmaintaindesign assets to supportefficientprocesses.

WhatWereLooking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UX/UI, Digital media, or a related field.

• Basic experience creating or editing graphics using design software (academic or personal projects welcome).

• Familiarity withvector graphic formats (such as PNG and SVG).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to closely match existing designs.

• Organized, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

• A natural curiosity and desire to challenge yourself and those around you.

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

This is a paidnon- exemptinternshippositionwith an estimated compensation range of $17.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.
