To support grants administration and management for multiple clients, the full-time remote Grants Manager will lead the implementation of grants management systems, facilitate the grant lifecycle, and develop client-facing materials while collaborating with internal teams. Key responsibilities Lead and manage new Grants Management System implementations and design workflows for grants administration Facilitate the end-to-end grant lifecycle, including screening applications, supporting grantees, and ensuring compliance with IRS guidelines Develop client-facing materials and maintain grantmaking best practices while anticipating client needs Required qualifications Experience in grants administration and management systems, such as Temelio or Foundant Proficiency in software platforms, including Project Management tools (Asana preferred) and Microsoft Office Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment Strong client-service orientation with comfort interacting with high-net-worth families and executives Passion for social change and a clear interest in the social sector
