We offer a very aggressive finance pay plan and are seeking an experienced automotive finance manager with an extremely strong ability to sell. The finance manager position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of $17.28. The position also pays a bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
Benefits include health insurance, 401K plan, paid time off and vacation, and growth opportunities.
